Castro Valley Independent Sports League’s goal is to provide a positive atmosphere that gives regional youth the opportunity to participate in a team sport, and to learn the physical and mental aspects of the game. All players have an equal chance to play with others within their skill level. We are committed to fostering a sense of teamwork and above all, to have fun. We value sportsmanship above scores, teamwork above individuals, and we strive to create positive memories that will last a lifetime.
Castro Valley does not have residency restrictions on where you live. We welcome youth from surrounding areas!
No “I” in Team.
Spring Baseball
Baseball Season begins end of January with drafting teams. Practices begin in February. Games begin in early March and end the beginning of June.
There are no residency restrictions so youth from the surrounding areas are welcome to join!
Fall Flag Football
Flag Football season starts in mid-August with team creation. First games are usually held the end of the month. The season concludes with a Super Bowl the third Saturday (weekend before Thanksgiving) in November.
Our Board
Our Board is made of up volunteers who give much of their time towards keeping the league running.
